On 7 October 2025 , His Majesty the King graciously granted a royal offering of alms to Buddhist monks on the occasion of the End of Buddhist Lent (Ok Phansa)

On this auspicious occasion, His Holiness Somdet Phra Mahathirachan, Abbot of Wat Phra Chetuphon Vimolmangklararm Rajwaramahaviharn, delegated the Venerable Phra Thep Vajirasopon, Assistant Abbot of Wat Phra Chetuphon, to lead a monastic delegation comprising 15 monks—including ecclesiastical dignitaries, senior monks holding royal ecclesiastical titles, Pali scholars, resident monks, and newly ordained monks of Wat Phra Chetuphon—to receive the royal alms at Wat Phra Si Rattana Satsadaram (the Temple of the Emerald Buddha) within the Grand Palace.
